Unlike the original blend of 23 flavors, 'Dr. Pepper Dark Berry' will showcase fruity notes such as blackberry and black cherry.

FOX 32 NEWS - Drew Peterson, ex-cop and convicted wife killer, was moved to a federal penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana Tuesday.
He was serving out two sentences at the Menard Correctional Center in Chester, Illinois and most recently in protective custody while at that prison.
A source says the reason he was moved to federal custody was to prevent another potential murder-for-hire plot.

YORBA LINDA, Calif. (FOX 11) - A twin-engine Cessna 414A crashed Sunday in a Yorba Linda neighborhood, killing the pilot, and four others on the ground, injuring others,and setting at least one house on fire, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
The plane nosedived onto Canyon Drive about 1:45 p.m., OCFA Capt. Cameron Rossman said.
